Kevin Van Hullebush brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the wine program at Le Crocodile.  With over twenty years in the hospitality industry, and a sommelier since 2002, Kevin is thrilled to be a part of Le Crocodile and its history.

 

Kevin served as wine director at the renowned River Café in Calgary for four years.  He has also worked at C Restaurant in Vancouver, and helped open LIFT in Coal Harbour where he developed their wine program.

 

Kevin arrived at Le Crocodile in December 2006.  He is looking forward to continuing our long history of excellence in food and wine service and further developing our predominantly French wine program, rounded out with BC gems and wines from around the world.

A teen skateboarding champion, Kevin switched to yacht racing 22 years ago and has not looked back since.  When Kevin is not hard at work, he can be found out at sea, racing his sailboat Scimitar.
